Work is Under Way on Moving Dartmouth Forward Plan

Work on the Moving Dartmouth Forward plan has begun on many fronts, with the first milestones—the application deadline for new residential house professors and the institution of a ban on hard alcohol—coming up next month.

In addition, committees are working on other projects, including a new statement of community citizenship and an annual assessment of student organizations.

President Hanlon Announces MDF Review Panel Members

President Phil Hanlon '77 today announced the members of the external review panel that will monitor implementation of his Moving Dartmouth Forward plan to reduce extreme behaviors and promote inclusivity on campus.

The group, chaired by Lawrence Bacow, Tufts University president emeritus, will report regularly to President Hanlon and the Board of Trustees on whether each action within the Moving Dartmouth Forward plan is progressing along its projected timeline.
